Stay at Bakgatla

We checked into Chalet #50 on 11th of Sept 2008 and stayed for 2 nights. We had no water for both of the nights we were there. Called staff and was told several different stories as to the problem and when it would be fixed. Chalets were charming, furniture outdated, restaurant was in tent and our waiter Aron was very friendly and helpful. Staff was very, very friendly. Game personnel, especially our tour guide for our morning and evening safaris was very knowledgeable and accomodating above and beyond his normal duties. Kudos to him. Would definitely go back.
