Really a true gem in Franschoek.We loved the tranquilityof the place and adored our protectoe Blossoms' company.Highly recomended to any couple looking at getting away from the bustling of life.

We stayed at Bird Cottage at the end of June 2008. We loved walking on the mountainside above the farm, dipping in the icy dam and finishing off watching the sunset from the verandah. Inside the cottage itself it is very cosy with a lovely wood fire and comfortable bedrooms to lounge about all morning in. Lunch times are for wandering around the little shops of Franschoek, eating divine food and of course drinking wine!
