A deposit of 50 % of the total accommodation is required within 48 hours after making the reservation to secure such a reservation.

Our cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made. Minimum fee for any cancellation is ZAR 250. More then 28 days prior forfeit 10 % of the total amount. 21-28 days prior forfeit 25 % of the total amount 14-21 days prior forfeit 50 % of the total amount 7-14 days prior forfeit 75 % of the total amount Less than 7 days prior forfeit 100 % of the total amount In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
Tariffs are inclusive of VAT.
We love animals, but as there are different animals and birds on the farm we cannot accommodate further pets.

Management and staff or any other person associated with Cheetah House will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or property of the owners of Cheetah House.
