Ocean View House does not accept children under the age of twelve years old. Any children over twelve years old will be considered an adult and accommodated in their own room or as a third person with an extra bed in the lounge area of the suites only.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of 50 % of the total Accommodation amount, payable immediately. The balance of the accommodation amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Confirmation of your reservation will be issued upon receipt of your deposit.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: - more than 14 days prior to arrival 75% of TOTAL REFUNDABLE; - between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival 50% of TOTAL REFUNDABLE; - less than 7 days prior to arrival 0% of TOTAL REFUNDABLE.
