The house is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac overlooking Central Beach and has a magnificent view of the Indian Ocean.
It’s less than a ten-minute walk from The White House to Lookout Beach, and the same distance to the shops and popular restaurants in Plett’s Main Street so
driving is an option but not a necessity. Plett’s other well-known beaches, (Central, Robberg, Solar and Keurbooms) are only a short drive away.

The White House has a double garage and plenty of secure parking for guests and their visitors.
The perimeter of the property is fully enclosed with palisade fencing and there are remote controlled electric gates. The house has a 24- hour monitored alarm system and for added safety and security the upstairs of the house can be closed off at night with a steel security
gate at the bottom of the staircase.
The showpiece of the ground floor is a stunning entertaining area which features a spectacular
conservatory. The ingenious design has an inside/outside feel thanks to its transparent domed roof and open-air back wall.
In the middle of the conservatory is a 10- seater wrought iron table. At one end of the table is a built-in stainless steel braai (barbecue). At the other end are French doors which lead into the bar.
The conservatory is linked to the kitchen by large windows which concertina open to allow food to be served with ease.
The bar contains beer and wine fridges, comfortable bar stools and plenty of optics and glasses. For the convenience of guests the bar is stocked with beer, wine, spirits, mixers and soft drinks.
The bar has DSTV, DVD/CD and VCR players with
surround sound which can also be linked through
to outside speakers in the conservatory.
