I stayed at Riverview for a week in November 2011. The people are warm and friendly and their food was very good. The gardens are beautiful and the river view just gorgeous. I travel a lot and this was one of my more pleasant stays!!
Poor Service

We went to River View Lodge for supper on Monday evening. The service was unfriendly and poor. We were not treated with any hospitality and the people there were actually very unfriendly. Me and my colleague (who is of another race than me) had to endure gleering looks, remarks and rude service. The food was tasteless and really not worth the money. Really not worth going there again!!!!
