We stayed in this lodge overnight on a Sa in Feb 2010. It was terrible. We got 2single beds, the bedding & linen stunk of non-use and there were bed bugs.
Also the bathroom is very old and unappealing.
The location is great though, being close to teh Blyde River Canyon, the waterfalls , the big swing and other attractions. The breakfast is also nice.
But I would not recommend staying here. They didnt even bother to wash or change the bedding, and teh bed bugs will keep you up all night.

I stayed at Summit Lodge this past July and found it to be very friendly, comfortable and clean and the garden is gorgeous. The lodge has new owners and they have made some great improvements. I would highly recommend this lovely lodge to anyone.
