The Villa Sunshine guesthouse is a classic Mediterranean Villa which is ideally situated along Cape Town’s prestigious Atlantic Seaboard. In close proximity to several of Cape Town’s most revered tourist attractions, Villa Sunshine is still able to provide its guests with a peaceful setting – a quiet haven of seclusion and rest within walking distance of restaurants and shops to meet your every need.
With only 7 double rooms – all en-suite – guests are guaranteed of a unique and intimate living experience. Each of our rooms comes fully equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. These include coffee/tea making facilities, complementary cookies, snacks, personal safe, television with M-net, ceiling fan and wireless internet access. Most of our rooms also have access to private balconies and patios. Our tariff includes a wholesome gourmet breakfast which is served either in the stylish breakfast room or on the sunny patio overlooking the sparkling salt-water swimming pool.
A fully stocked bar, two comfortable lounges and a pool adds to the overall luxurious character. There is hardly anything more rewarding than watching the setting sun with the fresh Atlantic breeze infusing your senses.
Alternatively, guests may opt for a more individual experience. In addition to the guesthouse in Bantry Bay, we also offer stylish, self catering apartments. They range from studios to 2 bedroom apartments, situated in Sea Point, the same standard of care and attention to detail can be expected. With a large swimming pool, barbecue area as well as gym and laundry service; guests have the unique opportunity of making their stay as familiar and homely as possible.
Both the guesthouse as well as the apartments is desirously situated in Cape Town’s wind-free zone. Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are part of your immediate environment. Other well known landmarks such as the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town International Convention Centre are a mere 5 minute drive away.

Bantry Bay and Sea Point are known for their near perfect climate and exclusive neighbourhoods. Sheltered by Signal Hill, this wind free area is perfect for long summer days and nights. The sparkling Atlantic at its feet and mighty Lions Head in the background make for a dramatic setting. Midway between the Waterfront and Camps Bay, we are very well situated for easy access to the amazing variety of leisure spots on the Atlantic seaboard, its world class restaurants and shopping centres. Clifton Beaches are within walking distance from the guesthouse and a 5 min drive from the apartments. The famous Seapoint promenade invites for an evening stroll to watch the sunset. Table Mountain, city centre, the Convention centre as well as the 2010 Worldcup football stadium are all a 5 minute drive away.

•Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable
•NO-SHOWS will be charged as originally booked.
•In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
•Refunds of deposits/ prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet rooms.
•All major credit cards are accepted.
•No children under 6 years of age.
•Rooms that are not occupied by 18h00 will be seen as a NO-SHOW, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Great place to stay. We had a beautiful room with lots of space, balcony and sea views. Evey morning we had a great and very varied breakfast. The staff was very helpful and gave us lots of tips.

We had a great stay at Villa Sunshine. We also stayed at their apartments in this really great complex nearby with pool and BBQ etc. Very stylish and well equipped. Felt like home. Great breakfast at the guesthouse, enjoyed the balcony with seaview. Friederike Doerfler
