Aggressive management.
I was charged a fine for breaking the rules but others were not. Fine is at least double of what is normal for Cape Town. After asking to see the rules I was denied.
I was "extorted" 50 euros for parking first time next to gate entrance for 50 minutes. Others park all night and get no fine. It is bizarre. Only explanation I got is: rules are to be adhered! Never got to see any rules... Fine amount is never displayed anywhere.
Fining is selective and charges are too high without any justification.
This is scary and not professional.
Better stay where management is more understanding towards foreign tourists and not so aggressive.
